I have 3 babies .. silkies... in the brooder, some in the bator for a bit longer. Some still to hatch.

Does anyone have any idea of how to get my chickens in the mood for breeding? Heat lamps? Candle light dinners? I want them to breed so I can have fertile eggs for a Valentine's Day hatch.

YASSSS!!! THIS!!! I want to set the mood, too. I REALLY wanna do the Valentine's hatch. I have SO MANY names for chicks born on Valentine's Day, it's not even funny. Valentino, Valencia, Cupid, Arrow, Tina, Candy & Heart (for twins, lol), the list goes on...
