Here is a group photo of the little ones for now. I still have a few in the bator..not sure what's going on there. I will post better photos when they are all dried off.

and yes they are all sitting up. This one was to just a while ago. When I went to take the picture of the other one saw it stretched out had to get the photo. I just love me a silky or two or three or four...
 
I have a single egg in lockdown. It's the only one of a test group to make it to lockdown. It's not due till Wednesday but it's pipped internally and I heard a couple little chirps :) maybe I'll get a early baby to spoil! Sould be a pure silkie and will be spoiled rotten since the next group isn't due till new years weekend. I'm excited to see if it's a splash like it's Mamma or a blue like it's Daddy :)

No.....no....no....Power out!!!! Got over 100 eggs and power out for over an hr. Have my sportsman outside in the carport and temp has gone down to 87 degrees in my bator. My nxt lockdown is coming Sat, the 31st , and the 7th. Arrrrgggghhhhh.....hope Power comes back on, covered my bator with some blankets and brought brooder inside covered with more blankets poor chicks all cuddled up. Were 37 degrees outside.

Do you have a gas stove/oven or some source of wood heat?
Bake some rocks or bricks and put them in the incubator.
87 for over an hour is a bit of an issue if they've been incubating more than a week.
