I don't have anything fancy like that. Instead, I figure that if I add water where my incubator's instructions say to and I can see humidity on the incubator window it's high enough.

My first baby is here! She hatched not long ago from the tiniest little pullet egg in the hatcher I'll have to get a pic soon

Well this hasn't gone as planned. I set the eggs for a 21 day hatch. Or so I thought.

This started happening this morning day 18... and we are up to 12 with more hatching.

Your incubator may be running a bit too warm.

I thought that too. But all the thermostats are reading at 99.5

Do you have a calibrated thermometer inside the incubator? Thermostats can be inaccurate.

Ok. I've never seen hatching before. I need to see the zip pics...just to see the difference between that & pip. So exciting. I'm on my phone checking this waaaay too much
