It can take a couple of hours to overnight depending on the humidity and how wet the chicks are.

My first hatched around noon today. Not much change :/ This humidity is gonna slay me. He had like 5 behind him, every hour to 30 mins depending. And now I've had a couple more hatch since the lid lifting questions. I'm gonna get an ulcer LOL
