I HAVE A PIP!!! eggs were set on the tenths, so this one is a tad bit early. EEEEK I am so happy. A few more rocking too.
It is always a relief to see the first pip!

That means you will have chicks hatching soon

Aww all these baby chick photos! Adorable!! Congrats everyone! I had my last remaining egg hatch...but it died.....i found it dead in the incubator....it was only just starting to fluff..:(

My very last one died during zip. It was moving along great, then stopped. I just thought it was taking a break, but then when I checked on it little later, it had stopped moving entirely and I knew something was wrong...

I'm over here sweating my humidity again, trying to send it upwards

I think I've added about a cup worth of water into the outer tray so far and I'm trying to be patient before adding more. My hygrometer is reading 64% but the gauge on the incuview looks like it's reading high. Oye. What to do with myself!?

So sorry to hear of these chicks not making it :(

It sucks that there's probably going to be more of it too.

One of mine did that on my second hatch. It had pipped, zipped then quit. It's a downer for sure, but things like that happen.

I don't have anything fancy like that. Instead, I figure that if I add water where my incubator's instructions say to and I can see humidity on the incubator window it's high enough.
Good luck with your hatch!
