9 month old ee bantam

i have a 9 month old silver ee bantam that hasnt laid a single egg.
how can i get her to start laying?
all my hens and 1 cock get 14-15 hours of daylight and EVERYONE else is laying.
what do i do?

They take a very long time to get to the point of laying, I'd hold off another few weeks.

Just wait...EE can take a long time. Is there anyway she is laying them somewhere you wouldn't expect. She might be making a nest under/behind somewhere that you can't see.
