9 pearl white leghorns one layed her first egg but the others are not laying

I was exited my white leghorn layed an egg for 3 days so far I got 3 eggs but my other leghorns are not laying yet and they poop and scratch the bedding out when do you think they will start laying

Each chicken develops at her own individual rate. Your first hen that started laying might also quit for a bit, also. They should all start laying by about 22 weeks old depending on how much light they had and when during their growth.
