9 Week old chick with wry neck - no improvement?

We have a chick that has wry neck since she was about 2 weeks old and we've tried multiple treatments such as vitamin e capsules and tumeric tea. Since a week ago I bought a multivitamin tablet which I crush up and give to my chick (contains vitamin B complex, selenium , vitamin e and other vitamins as well) but it may or may not seem to be working. We do not have poly vi sol in my country and predisone is not something you can just buy from shops. The other chicks that were born the same time as her have grown so big but she's still quite small, far smaller than her siblings. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do? I'd obviously rather not kill it All help would be greatful thank you

she can eat by herself (I dont really know how or if she uncurls it herself) her crop is quite full but I have to give her water
