Does that make sense?

I chose my hens purely for their egg colors and their appearance. Their productivity never entered my consideration but they've been champs averaging at least 4 eggs a day. And I don't see that they've slagged any as it's gotten hotter. The only thing is that their eggs may be a little smaller.

Not complaining. I'm delighted with them! Just checking my sense of what's happening.

100˚ stretches are probably still in our SoCal future.
