90 degrees out and brooding silky is panting

Help. My silky is brooding in her coop. She has 3 days left. She's panting with her mouth open. Should I bring her inside where it is cool? It's 99 degrees out.
 
Since chickens don't sweat, they pant like dogs. It's how they stay cool. You could try putting some water in a plastic bottle then freeze it. You could put it right next to her. That might cool her down. My chickens wouldn't go near the bottle, but every chicken is different. And besides, it's worth a try!
