you tried your best. they're family. i would cry just as hard if i lost stilts, than when my grandma died. i understand. we all have lost someone and have someone to lose.

I know. I think it brings up a lot of stuff for me. I lost my father I was 23 and took care of him by myself he passed 8yrs ago but I never dealt with it really. I’ve been off lately and this just making me feel worse. I appreciate every last one of you more then I could say. Thanks again. Xoxo

Thank you. Her name was Charlie. As in Charlie Brown. My daughter named her. She had big beautiful brown circles around her eyes the rest of her was black the day she was born. Loved her name.

Don't feel like a failure! You did everything you could. Figure out what is wrong with your flock and fix it. I had my 2 day old chick die in my hands and I cried for so long. He was special to me. The night before I woke up every 2 hours to check on him.
