Me too, that's why I usualy try to set all my eggs to hatch on Fridays

So you start counting down with day zero, correct?

I count the set day as day one..

I love watching her turn and rearrange her eggs

I made #3 a pillow to sit on. She is going to be a very spoiled pullet! Go #3!

Hmmm. Interesting. Well, the only hatch I've ever done hatched exactly on day 21. 1 externally pipped on day 20, but everybody else pipped and zipped on day 21. I recently read day 1 is actually considered day 0. Is that true? Did my first batch actually hatch a day early?

My Halloween hatch started hatching on day 19 and was completed early day 20..

Well of course she's not going to eat if you call her a him!

oops.. I mean..

I use a pocket flashlight with a rubber hose

Nothing to report progress wise. Only that I am keeping the little Alien Pods toasty and turning. Might do a candle tomorrow...If so, Should I post the results of the candle? If there are a dud or two, will it ruin the fun and surprises to my egg selectors?

ron I have eggs at several different stages, So when I candled yesterday I saw spider webs and dot sized embryos and some that are getting big and will go into lockdown on Thursday for the Christmas hatch along.
