You should be able to get Granulex at Tractor Supply or any feedstore. If not, try a drugstore. I've seen it there because it can be used on people too.

...the way she may roost (that is the area many rest on the roost wood) may be exacerbating the problem...are you roosts rounded off? You may need to separate her and restrict from roost until healed.

that bone looks like its neckbone try puting some medicence and a bandaid on it so it doesnt get infected

Similar thing happended to my Rooster, we were told to put that Liquid Band Aid it is like a super glue for the skin it worked great of course we cleaned him up first with warm soapy water, than put the Liquid Band Aid in and around the hole.

you can get it at any drug store! Mine did not react to it at all.

He flew in a bush and got impaled by a stick so it was not that LARGE... but works well.
