I randomly picked up one of my girls, she isn’t acting weird or anything and I don’t know how long it’s been like this, she’s about 5 weeks old and this toe looks broken, if it is is this something I should be worried about ? I even moved it a little and she didn’t make a noise

If it's not floppy, and she's not limping, then I'd just leave it alone. It could have been broken at some point, or it's just wonky. Lots of birds have wonky toes and they do fine. If it's floppy or causing issues with walking or roosting, you could try to splint it, but it may already be fixed in that position and then splinting wouldn't do any good.

Thank you !
