I have a white silkie hen that went broody about 3 days ago ....I have other silkie that goes in her nesting box where she is sitting and lay their eggs ...The broody hen will take their eggs and tuck them under her ....But she does this every day. They will hatch at different times. What can i do ...I dont want to move her. I cant even go near her,and she frieks out.:

Put on a pair of gloves, move her off the eggs, mark the eggs so you know which are new and which are old, everyday take the new eggs.

Or, segregate her from the rest of the hens.
