Annie is hiding from Daisy. She's hiding in a corner of the garage. I feel bad but not interfering. I was telling y'all about Annie being highly vocal this last week, beginning to think she got on Daisy's last nerve...

It a breed Ralphie "made". It's an impressive meat bird that lives longer than the Cornish cross and grows a little slower but still reach huge size in good time.

What the heck is a Toad?!

Toad is a healthier faster growing chicken...Ralph took a ranger roo over a cx hen... F1 were frogs.. I think he bred those back to a cx... the F2 are toads and seem to be breeding true....
some of us are following in his footsteps
ETA: he named them that because people complained when he called them CX

Lizards are cx crossed w/something other than a ranger... that is what I am working on.

your hens are as bad as my jakes
