I agree...I find mine easy to eat, I roast them, slice them into small pieces and shove them into my mouth...
It is the processing I find hard.

Also make sure they have Grit, Feed and water near by. Sorry to hear about your bird.I feel like this is a stupid question, but we had a meat turkey poult die from eating grass, I want to let my royals and bourbon run around outside but I'm worried they could end up the same as the meat turkey poult. Is it ok to take them out side?
