Almost forgot,went out to check on the turkey hens I moved and found a brand new egg.....I also stuck the BB's in there,poop ON my flip flopsbroke up our daily routine. On as in where your feet go. Little stinkers.

Did you stick them in there before or AFTER they pooped on your toes? lol

Lol, I don't remember, since it was pages back. Did you say whether the father was the bourbon red or the Royal Palm? For the sex linkage to work, the dad needs to be the Palm, then all the girls are Narragansett and the boys are not.
And yes, red bronze, unless the bourbon red is carrying hidden genes, like mine turned out to be. (And I believe a red bronze narri is called a golden Narragansett. I think I remember R2elk saying that.)

Weather right now is calling for partly cloudy and temp of 85. Where I am that means 90. so will watch and see if I have to run the sprinkler for all the birds! So much to do - so little time.

I hate snow drifts, esp between me and the birds. You can keep all of those, but I WOULD take the caribou.

They've for given me. All it took was a bucket of feed and we were friends all over again.
