not sure if my foot of snow is any better.. at least your turkeys will go more than 20 ft from the coop.. the only chickens that leave the coops is to lay an egg in a couple of dog houses in the yard... I had to shovel a path after one got stuck in the snow 2 days in a row... talk about hawk bait

I think colorado decided to have winter..... finally! I know I should be excited about the moisture, but I was enjoying the spring weather we have had since nov..... oh well lol

We enjoyed about 50° today and it DIDN'T rain even though they called for it. It's still muddy and gross though with everything melting. The turkeys had a ball today, out running around and jumping and flying.

I had help today, so "WE" moved all my hens out of the coop into a Tom Free area.
