I hope to be back way more regularly now.

I have a turkey hen I want to get a picture of for all of you. She is molting so badly, she cannot even fly onto the roost. She has no tail, and is a solid pin cushion. Sort of like Aurora's was.

I refused to do any negative campaigning.. I pretended I was a sweet luvable Turkey and not a DUX.......

However, the rotten DUX people sent out a mailer praising me and bad mouthing another candidate...So it looked like I was going negative.

aww, poor girl lol! I'm thankful that Sweet Pea is pretty much fully feathered again now. It's starting to get pretty cold out now.

It is a bit nippy here and lows in the forties at night. Not horrible but she is the turtle these days lol. The wind though. It is whippin through this week. She pretty much has nothin but pins underneath her too lol. Just that back and wings left. She could be bothered by apples this mornin though. . She does love her apples of a mornin. She waits like the goats do for me to finish with gracie and come out and give treats.
