Our humidity lifted a bit today. Still in the 90's, but felt a lot better. Unfortunately we have a heat wave hitting next week. High 90's, maybe 100. Humidity due back tomorrow. And NO rain! Ran soakers hoses all day & will run all night. Daisy came & got her feet hosed down. Iris stuck her little toes in the hose stream too. She kept giving the water stream the "side eye". Poppy still not convinced its something she wants to try.

Welcome back! You missed a bunch of new saddles being made, Daisy loving on kids, and Iris and Poppy trying to figure out the hose/water and visiting kids. I'm sure there's more but this early, my brain's not functioning yet lol.

Got feathers everywhere. Guess everyone here is molting at once.

Had a talk with my cake baking friend. She's whining about not finding turkey eggs. Asked if I'd up my flock of hens. Nope. Having just a few entitled turkey hens works for me. Any more would make me nuts! Heck, Daisy alone takes a lot of effort to keep up with.
