A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Ralph! Looked me like they were all picking on poor Ginger! Do they always do that? Is it because he's "different "... a redhead? Poor little guy!

Ya'll need to get certified. If one of my girls go broody I want one egg from everybody!

These aren't great. Phone photos, right before turkey tuck in time. Trying to show how bald poor Annie is!

OK, who officially wants some eggs from my group? After I confirm fertility (which shouldn't be a problem) I can start gathering some to mail out to whoever wants some. Keep in mind though, I am not NPIP (yet) just in case that bothers anyone.

Chaos-did everything work out? Did you get your bator?
yup I got it. Now I gotta get it fired up and get it properly tuned. Than I gotta get something to put in it.

Holm has done it again. He posted another article "My Poultry Journey ". Complete with some of his great pictures. Nice job Holm!

Ralphie, Ginger wants to be a lapper! :D

I am thinking Ginger could move up a level or two. Which would explain why Penguin had his Minions beating poor Ginger yesterday.

I showed my DW the pictures of the turkeys on the deck last night. She was instantly mad. It does her heart good to beat faster from that kind of stuff.

She asked me if I chased them off the deck, of course I lied and said I did.

Holm, I could not find dates for the 2016 school. I looked up the past year stuff. There is a chicken and a turkey school. One day each. If you have to bring a turkey with you to school, I am taking Penguin, let him be poked with needles over and over...

The bad thing is you have to be 18 to be certified. I am not sure if you could audit the class or not, it did not say. I am not sure why the age limit. I would think they would want young people becoming involved with all the 4-h shows and fairs it would make sense to allow them to participate.

BTW it is 6 degrees here right now...

It's cold here too. 36 degrees currently! However it will warm up this week into the 70's. Weird weather. Ralph, your signature is hysterical!

I agree, you'd think they would want to promote classes for these kids interested in poultry.

Chaos. ..when are you setting eggs! :D

I PM'D MM. No response. Still hoping all is ok...:/ Miss her...

Ralph, I'm curious if Ginger is a tolerant! How cool would that be?
