I've shown the Turkey is Your Friend video to several of my dog show friends. They are using it as further proof I've lost it. Went over and watched some of the agility dogs on course. I am convinced I could train a turkey to do that! That would blow their minds.

Sidekick could do it!

He is use to jumping and running from JJ all day long. Best buddies, JJ and him, but sidekick is kind of JJ's whipping boy too.

Sidekick definitely could do it! Just wandered down to watch the obedience ring. Our turkeys would be disqualified on the "out of site" exercises . You line the dogs up in a row, put them in a sit position and literally leave the ring and go out of their sight for up to 5 minutes. Nope..that ain't working! I can picture our birds running & flapping around the ring barking their beaks off! Guess we'll stick to agility!

Stopping in for a quick note about Chais's hen( we all know I need to go to bed early tonight...)
I would suggest wazine for worms. There is another that people alternate between, but the name is escaping me.
Check her poop tomorrow... Worms would be evident so would cocci.

I would have slept in the coop before I told my DW I was locked in the coop.  Maybe broke  something to get out, anything but tell her I was locked in...anything

Well the thought of shooting my way out did cross my mind. Than I would have to fix the damage done and deal with a freaked out T-Bone.

I'm so sorry she didn't make it in the spring, I should have some poults if you want a couple. They can ride the chicken train to you when it rolls through.
