As of right now, I have 6 turkey eggs waiting to go in the bator. If I Keri getting 2 a day, I'm going to have 18 by Sunday to put in lol

I used my turkey eggs to bake lemon pound cakes last night. The cakes are denser and moister. Taste great! First time I've baked with them.

In the MPC egg giveaway that I won I told them I wanted Doms and Bielefelders so sometime after Christmas I'm expecting a dozen eggs of these two breeds with most being Doms.

You are so lucky, I would love to have a bunch of Dom eggs to hatch.

The stuff I have read on them makes me think they are perfect, of course the stuff I read on the utterly useless Creamettes made me think they perfect too.

They are suppose to be good at dodging predators, great foragers and friendly. The eggs are Medium to large from what I have read and they lay a lot.

I have read turkey eggs are better for baking, Do you think so after having used them?
