Taking a break from the yard. Moving and dividing a few things. Dug up a few grubs so the turkeys are watching over my shoulder just in case.....
Had to lock the chickens into their yard. Everytime I start to stick the shoval into the ground the whole flock jumps into the hole. The turkey girls are more polite about it...sort of....

Memphis this TN weather is crazy. I woke up today to 34 degrees, it was cold all day then all of a sudden the clouds cleared and temp went from 60 to 100 in just a matter of an hour. I lost one of my roos today to heat stroke. Is this really normal? Please tell me no.

Rjohns...sorry about your roo. This has been the weirdest weather. Low 40's here this morning. Then up into the 80's. Now we are getting ready for yet another round of severe storms/tornadoes. Ugggg.....
