she'll be ok, it is a fairly small cut on the top of her bill

i dont think its bad enough for surgery but you need to remember that their pus isnt liquid, it is more like cottage cheese and hardens. That lump is a lump of hardened pus and it needs to come out somehow
i would keep flushing that eye with saline, if you have any of the optic antibiotics (like what you would get if you had pink-eye) you can give that too

also check his choanal slit and make sure there is nothing stuck in the there

I have that little tube of terramycin I used on ducks will that work?

Sorry another question should I put him in our bird hospital or is he okay running around?

i dont think its contagious but it may be easier to treat if he were in?
i dont know what terramycin works on, maybe wait for Kathy to respond, and keep flushing the eye
maybe do a search for poultry sinusitis on here

You could use Terramycin. It couldn't hurt any.
