And the recipe for this faux Thin Mint is where??????Memphis I'm right there with you on the thin mints .They've always been my absolute favorite! I actually made a new cookie this Christmas that tasted very much like this mints. You can guess how long they managed to stay around....
Pebbles is still doing good. She has the little boys tucked under her nice and warm. I pulled one out last night to check on them and she immediately started talking to him to call him back under her![]()

The poults apear to be doing grand! E as ting and drinking and keeping their chick siblings company..... silly birds I will try for better pics this weekend. Right now all my pics are through the brooder glass. So lots of blurry balls of fluff running aroundAlicia....how are the babies?
Pebbles still vying for mother of the year??
Corners. They can pile in corners.Ralphie,
I saw a couple years ago you mentioned a chick brooder that the chicks can see out of. I had been thinking about how to design a new brooder (I threw away the cardboard box...) Did you use plexi for a solid window? Or make a wire door or wall?
I’m going to put the brooder in the basement this year. It’s a living space and the warmest spot in the house, so maybe I could get away with a wire wall or door. I’m using a “mother hen” panel. Any pitfalls you can think of that I should avoid?
