A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Thankfully we aren't dealing with snow. I will tell you...that sausage and kraut sure hit the spot last night. I'm annoyed with this cold rain. Still dripping out there.
It is currently 23°F and this is happening right now.

We rarely get snow here. More likely to get ice. But I find the occasional snow beautiful. Of course it's gone in a day. Its impossible to drive, since we have no snow removal capabilities, so I just stay at home & enjoy it. Schools are canceled just on the threat of a flake falling....so we have the neighborhood kids running wild.

How much snow did you get R2elk? Those looked like huge flakes!!
There was 3 1/2" by midnight. There has been another 2 1/4" since then for a total of 5 3/4" so far with no end in sight. It is coming down heavier now than it was last night. I am at 13 3/4" so far for this month.

Last Sunday's snow was even bigger clusters of flakes with some of the clusters at least 2" in diameter.

It is a really good thing that I got the greenhouse roof fixed when I did. Unfortunately I still haven't fixed the broken basement window.

Its cold out here in Oklahoma, and muddy, my mom keeps saying if its going to be so cold then atleast let us have some snow out here, the only place that had the best snow for me to play in was at Niagara Falls NY (about 13 years ago we lived 1 mile from Niagara, and we would get 24 inches or more overnight there), but out here in Oklahoma we are lucky if we get a couple inches

You must be relatively close to Fake Eilleen, she makes a huge deal out of it when she gets a couple inches.

Southies are all alike in that.:lau:lau:lau:th

I forgot to ask you to define “cold”..
