Our Thanksgiving boy is processed and soaking in some brine right now. I'll get a picture later. He came out to about 15 lbs. Not a monster but a good size for the 4 of us and my parents.

Ordered the bags on ebay 50 of em for $59... 16x28? Very happy with the bags, I bought a turkey fryer to scald them and shrink the bags... happy with the pot not so happy with the burner. It kept shutting off. Grrr we did get it done.... lolThey look good! Nice job! Were they both from this spring or were they older? Where do you get your big bags at? Does Wal-Mart carry those things? We need some! lol
I'll have to let you all know how ours turns out. He looks like he'll be a decent size so here's hoping!
I think it’s the wind. I got one of those also, and though I’ve experienced it before, didn’t anticipate the problem.
