Ralph.....that photo of you & DQ you posted in the close up contest is my all time favorite!

Hope everyone enjoys turkey sandwiches today. Leftovers is one of my favorite Thanksgiving things. Anyone doing the Black Friday thing? Aurora....I remember you used too. My plans today include being a bum & spending time with the girls. Gave the coonhound a slice of turkey with his breakfast this morning. He's sleeping it off now!

I usually do but not this year. I had an interview at Wal-Mart first thing this morning so staying out all night on a shopping adventure was out of the question. Hopefully next year though. Its my favorite night of the year! After the interview, I came home, did some paperwork, got a tutu made and in the mail and ate leftover turkey, extras and dessert. Now I'm lounging on the recliner under a heated blanket, falling asleep lol. DS has a parade in a couple hours. We're decorating for Christmas tomorrow

Going to be around 70 here today with storms & tornados. Oh yipee....

Started off early this morning with the coonhound getting a possum. He hasn't gotten one in awhile. I thought he cleaned out the displaced family from next door after the shed teardown. He's currently resting on his laurels. Meaning, he's sound asleep. The life of a hound....

Already 61 here. Weirdo weather. Storms due this afternoon. So the plan is to rouse the girls & get them out for grazing early.
Fred Gobbles....Marigold is a chunker!! Blossom had been larger, but noticed Marigold has surpassed her AND Daisy. Guess she's having a growth spurt. Iris is still skinny & smaller than the rest. Daisy has taught them the benifits of roosting on the back porch rail. I'm enjoying working in the kitchen with my colorful audience. I can now walk out the backdoor & hand each a blueberry without them scattering. My neighbor was down yesterday & couldn't quit laughing & tapping the window. Have to admit....they are complete goofballs! They'll stand up & stretch their necks toward the window. She said when she needs a mood lift she's coming down to play with the girls. Seems they've turned into therapy turkeys.
