It's now 23, but sunny. I've been having sinus issues. They say the cold weather will help. That would make it worth it.

It is 37°F and still rising here. I have found that Flonase or one its generic forms can prevent sinus issues since they almost always are caused by allergies.

I can’t use Flonase.. it makes it worse for me..

but a Netty pot or the replacement pump that rinses my sinuses (while gross) does wonders.

Although since I have cut out cow's milk I have only had minor issues

I use Claritin RediTabs because they have the fewest side effects for me. In the thick of allergy season, Claritin isn't enough by itself for me.

Years ago I found Chloraseptic Allergen Block gel. It is the only aid that has zero side effects. Unfortunately it is only good for about 4 hours and must be reapplied anytime you wash your face or wipe your nose vigorously. It worked 100% for me. I am not sure it is even available any longer.

I had my adenoids removed a very, very long time ago. I am pretty sure that I cannot tolerate a Neti Pot since it would come out through my mouth and even the thought of that makes me nauseous.

Same here on the Adenoids...and it does...gross as I said but really cleans the sinuses..
