heres the other yellow one. Dad is tri colored mottled blue, he's half sweetgrass. I'm guessing this one has a sweetgrass mother because both sweetgrass girls were laying by that time. So likely this is a sweetgrass. Maybe a blue one.

I have had Sweetgrass poults with that faint of a line on their backs although it usually got a little darker after the first couple of days.

I am confident that yours also have a nice layer of fat everywhere under their skin which will make them self basting.
Oh yes, definitely! I took a bunch off the one I parted out. (Like I said... amateurish job--it was hanging out the sides everywhere.) 🙄 A whole huge bunch. I'm going to try and render it out later today, if we don't go to town. Got lots of good bits to make stock. 😋

A good time was had by all at the birthday party. Daisy enjoyed seeing kids. The kids were good with her & totally blown away with meeting a turkey. My neighbor really enjoyed introducing Daisy to her family. I even got a piece of cake to take home!
Well let's hope you're vewy, vewy careful when you offer Daisy a bite... we all know what happened last time! :lau
