A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

No thunder or lightning, but the rain woke me up last night. It was that heavy!
Bantambird...how long do you think your parents will be on "vacation"? Are they bummed? I'd be panicked.
I think we are a bunch of introverts here! Doesn't seem the "isolate" order has affect most of our lifestyles! LOL!
At least both of the ladies mom went there to visit are on remote ranches, so I suppose they could just alternate between the two until they can get home. Both ranches are pretty self sufficient, so sheltering in place won't really be a problem.

I fear your prediction to be true, a bunch of unsupervised teens roaming around?
Fortunately, there are only 4 kids all under the age of 12 within a few miles of me. I have seen one riding his dirt bike in a pasture and the others are mostly inside their house. My 12-year-old grandson was here for a week but has since gone home. He talked/yelled at his friend across the fence one morning - but they were at least 50 feet apart. The 17-year-old came this morning and hung a bag of groceries for me on the door handle.

No one walks dogs around here - they just turn them loose.

Aurora....haven't heard from you lately. Hope all is well. Between your job & making saddles....your probably exhausted.

I'm still here. I usually just read through but then rush off. I work 1 more day then i have 2 off. Tutu and saddle orders have been coming in. I had to make 4 tutus last night and didn't get to bed till around 8:30 so I'm ready dragging today lol. 3 broad breasted saddles will need packed up and sent off today when i get home :)

Loose dogs are a delicacy in these parts..

@Bantambird you now have the pleasure of telling your Mom “ I told you so, but you didn’t listen.”

Just read an article about how wildlife is starting to roam city streets since everyone is locked down. Raccoons, skunks, Coyotes...but especially TURKEYS! LOL!

The turkeys are looking at homes deciding which ones they will move into when Homo Sapiens become extinct.
