I am too - going to try to pick up some actual starter this weekend, but they need to survive so I can feed them said starter, haha.

They're Bourbon Reds.

Yes to thrive they need 28% to 30% protean. I use 28% game bird starter.

Never raised BR . They are a very good eating bird I'm told , But what turkey isn't.
