The chicks from the Buff Orpington and Delaware hens will be black. They may develope leakage as they feather out. The Easter Egger chick may not be black when fully feathered out.

I had to go to town and asked my husband to look in on Mama Maggie and her chicks. She hissed and pecked at him! When I came home I took her some greens to eat and she was very happy to have them. No hissing or pecking did she do! She likes me as I am the bringer of the treats! Same with all the hens and Harvey too!
