Hi, I got a flock of Easter Eggers back in August after we fell in love with our comet hens. Then I noticed that growing up there always seemed to be one Easter Egger who seems smaller than the rest. For a long time I fed her extra greens and foods in general. However all that did was make her more friendly and not as much larger. I don't care about having a small chick as long as she is still healthy. Does the chickens size at 3 months of age really affect the chicken negatively? As in health problems or lack of protein.

Would be good to see the smaller ones in the same pic as the bigger ones.
EE are a mix of various breeds, so some may be smaller due to genetics.
