The mysterious jade bird landed in the loner's camp. RedStar beamed, "H--" She began, "Shhh!" He said to her, placing an ebony feather to his beak. "Sorry, I'm just happy to see you again." She said shyly, a bit of a giggle in her voice. "I understand and I'm glad to see you too, but remember, I wish to remain anonymous." He warned. "I never understood why..." She thought aloud, cocking her head and staring into his golden eyes that were deep in thought. "I will explain another time. But what is more important right now is ShadowClan." He said. "Yes." She nodded in agreement. "I am leaving to go help WingClan, farewell." He said, spreading his midnight blue wings for flight. "Wait!!" RedStar called out to him, "Yes, RedStar?" He answered, folding his wings back in. "I was thinking," She said, "That you should be our leader instead of me." A look of suprised crossed his face, "Well, I would be honored, but--" He began, "But what? I think you completely deserve it." She crooned. "I can't remain anonymous if I join a clan of any sort. I will think on it, so that isn't a 'no', but thank you for the offer." He said, spreading his wings for takeoff again. "One more thing." She said, smiling. "Thank you." He cracked a smile back at her before flying away.
