Oh my god!! I haven't been watering the bread!! and I've fed him a good bit of bread but he seems okay, what should I do!!??

Don't worry -- I've never soaked bread and haven't killed a chicken yet. Foods like bread should be given in small amounts anyway so you don't throw off the balance of nutrients in their ration too much.

Same here. I have never heard of bread having any capability of expanding once consumed in the way that an uncooked cereal grain might. I have fed my chickens a few pieces of bread scraps as treats several times a week, for many years, never a problem.
