This bird's mother had a wonky beak...any ideas? It seems to eat well...and is hopefully a pullet...

Your first one looks like a roo, and he has a cross beak. It will take some work to keep it trimmed(depending on how bad it gets), and making sure the food is deep enough so he can scoop with his lower beak.
I think your second one might be a roo too, most EE chicks with barring like that on thier feathers are male(most of the time)
I think the last one is a hen.
