Oh, I've never been there but I've heard lots of great things, assuming it is the one in Michigan. I'm hoping to visit one day since it's not far from one of my Uncle's houses....well not too far anyway.

I keep getting people asking about the boys but no follow up. I had a nimrod last night enter a lengthy discussion over the EE boy after he said he wanted all of them (and I know why). Then claimed he wanted them for his niece because she wanted some hens and roosters. So I told him I wasn't advertising hens, just cockerels and if he wanted to fill his freezer, he could have the EE that is currently slated for the table. He denied that was his interest but said he'd take him.

Then he wanted to "come over right now" to get him. I explained that I don't chase chickens around and it would have to be just after dark. I texted him back at 7:15 telling him I had him and I could now meet. NOTHING!

Got another email early this morning asking about them. I have little hope anything will come of it. Nor from the poultry swap I will attend this Sunday.

All I know is I have 9 birds that still have to leave the flock. One is the white pullet so I'm pretty sure when I sell her as a breeding pair with one of the black cockerels, they will go the easiest.
But this whole experience has supported my conclusion that the overall intelligence and consideration of the general population has drastically declined over the years.
