A few say they think these two are roosters. Do you agree?

Am I the only one that sees the pointed hackle feathers just starting to come in at the base of the neck?

My RIR hen always had some shiny feathers that looked a bit pointy on her neck like that. Even with those feathers, if it were a roo, there would definitely be much more comb and wattle development at 15wks.

i would say you have one roo and one pullet. They look red sex links~

If they were sex-links, they would definitely both be pullets. Male red sex-links don't have that coloring.

At 15wks, NHR males have combs and wattles that small?

OK they look to be very slow maturing NH males.
I have some older than that with smaller combs and wattles awaiting the dumpling pot.
Not all 15 week old roos have large combs at that point and some never really do grow big. This is an undesirable trait to cull for.
