A fox got my ducks

He killed one and bit the other 2 on the neck. One is fine but my boy can't balance himself. I need advice. I wrapped him and held him most of the night but I have to be gone today. I can set up a heat source but what else should I do for him? He's a pet more than anything and I want to help him. He can't right himself and keeps wanting to stretch one leg back the way they do with a broken neck. He does get up now and then and stumble around.

Make saline solution clean it out then triple antibiotic ointment.

Boil water and then add about 3tsp of salt let it cool. And then clean the infected area. Sorry I was feeding my animals and trying to answer you on my cell phone.
