A friend gave me this chick... Have no idea what it is...

So is the white head not normal? Or is it just taking a while for those feathers to come in? Also, does anyone have a more accurate guess on age? Does 3-4 weeks sound right?

My other 6 chicks are regular size. Should I get another bantam or 2 Or is it ok to just have the one?
