A Gaggle of Geese

My one gosling that hatched is almost a week old now and has become very attached to my duckling.... The gosling hasn't been hissing yet but the duckling sure does.....

I think that the duckling is the protector.....

Missprissy, them babies are so cute and like you I like that pic too of your son & gooses talkin to each other. I did forget to tell ya they grow really fast....well ya know now so guess we don't have to worry bout that

I have been wondering about my VA babies. I tell Goosey Lucy she has babies in VA all the time. Each one of my five geese have their own little personalities. Some people think I'm crazy but I can't help it...I love my critters. Every chance I get I am out there sitting on the ground with them getting to know them. Goosey Lucy is very shy and loud sometimes; Bruce Goose is spoilt rotten and I don't think he knows he's a goose; the embden pair are very cautious and shy sometimes, the other white chinese I call bonehead cause he is just flat mean to the bone. Thanks for updating us and sharing those beautiful pictures.
