A Hen in the water

I have a Calico hen that seems to be part duck. She climbs in the water and stomps and splashes like a fool! She isn't hurting anything, poop lands outside the bowl. I just find it odd. It's not hot here yet, she looks like she's playing! Has anyone else had a turkey do this?

Yes. My hens get in the kiddie pools all the time. It's normal.

Yes I do believe it was Kuntrygirl that I got the idea by putting the Kiddie pool out for them for drinking and cooling off.
I have seen my turkeys when it hot out just standing in the pool sipping there Mint Juleps

Only kidding my Turkeys are under aged.
