Don't quote me on this, but I think I read someplace that UC Davis has reported that the Northern Fowl Mites in CA are showing resistance to the active ingredient in 5% Sevin (cabaryl).

I dont doubt it. In that instance, I'd use eprinex for mites.

Spinosad...that's in Trifexis dog wormer. That's what I give my dog once a month lol.
