We have a home in Zhanjiang China a port city in the Guangdong Province, about a 3 minute walk to the South China Sea , we will catch a junk and cruise over to Viet Nam coast and visit some of the small islands. Were located in Southern China love the fresh tropical fruit we wer there in April lots of sugar cane and coconuts.

There was no way I'd have been able to sneak in that many fish. Hundreds, if not a few thousand, from between like 2 and 10 inches long. Plus one catfish that stayed near the center.

They decided to clean the fountain, and now they messed up the natural cycling in the large pool, the water is a nasty thick green and they are stuck in a constant drain and refill to clean cycle. It's a decent sized pool.

No drama = wonderful!

My DH and I will be married 25 yrs in Feb 09. We started dating as Juniors in high school and married after I graduated from college. We've basically "grown up" together, some ways thats good and bad.

OMG! That's exactly where we were -- just across the little bay in Nanyou. Do you ever go over there?


I just asked my DH "what was it that attracted you to me when we first met?" He said "it was the 30 songs you wrote, and your voice"... which is funny cause it was HIS voice that first attracted me! (we met on a local stage). LOL

I believe your higher up the coast, were above the Hainan Islands not far from Hong Kong. Now that you mentioned it my wife's voice was deffinately one of the many things that attracted her to me.

It took about 20 minutes on the ferry to get over to Zhanjiang from Nanyou - a small company town.

What attracted me to miss thang here, was the fact that she loved/loves animals as much as I do, her amazingly understanding personality(she puts up with my quirks, and irritating immaturity (that I inherited from my own father

),it wasn't so much her looks in the beginning(we met online, go figure

),...though I do find her very attractive

and just the fact that she loves me for who I is, and I know she would support me in anything I would want to do, as I would her.
