a question on nesting boxes

i had made 3 nesting boxes, but the store i got my chicks from said i had to buy a minimum of 6 chicks. its getting close to when they start laying so i was wondering if they share boxes, like lay in a box that already has an egg in it. never had this problem, always had enough.thanks for all your replys!!!!!!

Yup, actually they will probably all want to lay in the same nest. You have plenty of boxes...........Pop
