So, I've noticed a bit of a pattern in the emergencies threads that goes something along the lines of:
-Help!
-Requests for details, providing of details
-Providing of actions to take
-Resolved emergency
-Further discussion and learning from the situation
-Requests for followups, providing of followups
What I propose is a secondary area (call it "emergency resolved" for example) for the threads that hit the resolution stage. This way, we can allow discussions can continue, but active emergencies are not being bumped down by non-emergency discussions. This will also make it easier to determine, at a glance, who still needs help.
Alternatively, if we can't move the threads automatically, could we at least rename them to [resolved] or something?
Thoughts?
