My friend Sandra gave me three goose eggs. I faithfully turned them and cared for them until it became clear that two of them weren't doing anything, while one was putting on a wonderful show for the candler.
So, here I am. I heard a noise in the kitchen. I'm still not sure what it was, but since I was there I used it as an excuse to take a peek into the incubator. My lone little goose egg is rockin' and rollin'.
I sense a sleepless night spent pacing in front of the incubator. And this after a small power outage this morning (great timing on the electric company's part).
